Define Audio Video

I recently visited Define Audio not sure what kind of speakers I was looking for since I still have a pair of magneplanar. Justin showed me a pair of Dynaudio Evoke 50’s. Since I was not familiar with them he filled me in on their story. I had to leave that day and did not get to hear them. I did a little research of my own and decided to go back about a week later to listen to them. Justin set me up handed me the remote and I played types of music I listen to and they sounded great. I bought them on the spot and Justin and one of their installers delivered them my home within an hour. He let me know that the speakers grills had been damaged in the warehouse but let me know he would order 2 new ones. He was nice enough to have them delivered directly to my house so I did not have to make another trip to the store. Extremely satisfied with my purchase and next time I need additional speakers or any other equipment I plan to visit Define first.

I recently purchased a 98‑inch TCL X11L from this local retailer and was impressed by the entire experience. They are the only shop in the area that can source this model through their established partnerships. Unfortunately, the first unit arrived with a manufacturing defect. Justin and his team responded immediately, replacing the entire unit with a brand‑new one. Because of scheduling conflicts at the warehouse, I was originally going to receive the replacement the following week. Justin went out of his way to handle the situation personally and delivered the new unit on the same day. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, customer‑focused local retailer, this is the place to go.

Everyone at Define is super friendly and accommodating! Justin guided us through a demonstration in the smaller theater room (the big one is currently being built) and he was a wealth of knowledge and stories. The audio itself blew us away. It's worth dropping by just to see some the cool tech they have cooking!

I am going to start by saying I try to be budget minded and many of the great products Define sells can make that very difficult. With that said, I found Define through an ad for some 30 year old speakers. Yes I said 30 years old and top of the line in their day. Justin was very helpful, took good care of them, and allowed me to listen to them for a while before buying. I elected to have them delivered since they are 6ft tall. Unfortunately there was a bit of a misunderstanding that was no big deal since there was plenty of communication so it was realized early. Now the part that really shows the support they offered me. Being the speakers are 30 years old, I lost a woofer after about 2 hours of playing. The short is they are old speakers which haven't been push for a while and when I put closer to their rated power on them, one of the tired woofers let go. I immediately text Justin who responded promptly. He offered to come out to the house to look at them, but instead I elected to test the speakers with his support to help expedite the process. This all happened late on a Friday so unfortunately we had to wait through the weekend for manufacturer support. By Tuesday Justin had
